HOW TO AVAIL FOR THE LOCAL INVESTMENTS AND INCENTIVE CODE?

General Requirements

Four (4) copies of duly accomplished and notarized application form;
Certified true copy of the DTI, SEC, or the CDA registration;
Copy of audited financial Statements (if existing) received by the BIR and the SEC (in the case of corporations) or CDA (for cooperatives); and
Proof of proposed place of business which shall show that the main operating facility, whether a services/manufacturing/production facility or plantation, and not just the warehouse or the administrative office of the applicant is located within the territorial jurisdiction of the City of Valencia.

SINGLE PROPRIETORSHIP

1) General Requirements;

2) A copy of the complete project study of the proposed investment/expansion showing that the project is economically (including sales projection and job generation), technically, financially and environmentally feasible and viable;

3) A complete copy of the Environmental Impact Study and environmental compliance Certificate; and

4) A copy of traffic impact assessment for enterprise to be established in any of the urban or urbanizing barangays.

PARTNERSHIP/CORPORATION

1) General Requirements;

2) A copy of the complete project study of the proposed investment/expansion;

3) A copy of the articles of Partnership and certificate of registration issued by SEC;

4) Resolution of the applicant’s Board of Directors, in case of a Corporation authorizing the filing of application;

5) A complete copy of the Environmental Impact Study and Environmental Compliance Certificate;

6) A program for corporate social responsibility; and

7) A copy of traffic impact assessment for enterprise to be established in any of the urban or urbanizing barangays.

COOPERATIVES

1) General Requirements;

2) A copy of the complete project study of the proposed investment/expansion showing that the project is economically, technically, financially and environmentally feasible and viable;

3) A copy of the Articles of Cooperation as approved by the Cooperative Development Authority (CDA) for cooperatives;

4) A complete copy of the Environmental Impact Study and Environmental Compliance Certificate; and

5) A copy of traffic impact assessment for enterprise to be establish in any of the urban or urbanizing barangays.
