SECTION 27. FISCAL INCENTIVES- includes exemption from payment of local business tax and basic real property tax is hereby granted to new investments in the locality with applications duly approved in accordance with this Code. The incentive shall apply to all business similarly situated which include businesses that are undergoing expansion activities as defined in Title II, Section 5.J.
A.) For business enterprise defined in Title II, Section 5, Sub-sections v.1-3 and u. The grant of the tax incentives under this Code should not be more than six (6) years from the date business started operations. The incentive shall pertain only to the share of the LGU granting the fiscal incentive. Such incentive will be schedule as follow
A.) 1st Year of operation - 100% incentive
B.) 2nd Year of operation- 100% incentive
C.) 3rd Year of operation - 100% incentive
D.) 4th Year of operation - 100% incentive
E.) 5th Year of operation - 100% incentive
F.) 6th Year of operation - 50% incentive
G.) 7th Year of operation - 0% incentive
Assistance in site selection and negotiation for the right of way;
Joint venture partner identification, partner referral, and identification of possible source of required labor and raw materials
Networking with concerned national agencies such as Technical Education Skills and Development Authority (TESDA) and other similar institutions for training of workers to enhance manpower skills of the enterprise and assisting in identifying and sourcing of skilled human resources;
Facilitation and/or referral of existing technical and financial assistance programs available through national and local government.
Such other aftercare services that may be accorded to investors;
Assistance in the negotiation of special rates for utilities for industries with a certain minimum load;
For Micro Enterprises, they shall be given opportunities to participate in LGU/Non-governmental agency/organization-organized trade fairs and exhibits, entrepreneur development and training, and inclusion in business matching.
