PINTAFLORES FESTIVAL, showcasing vibrant flower-designed costumes of dancers swaying to the rhythmic beat of its locally produced tune. Pintaflores highlights the annual city fiesta celebration held every November 4 & 5. Coined from the word "pinta" and "flores", PINTAFLORES depicts the tradition of welcoming visitors through festive dancing as the "Pintados" did when the Spaniards arrived in the Visayas.
