Pool Rental

The Ledges Pool offers members and non-members the opportunity to rent the pool for private events with the following rules and guidelines as well as lifeguard availability and payment IN FULL to secure date:

Private parties are available 7 days a week from 7pm – 9:30pm. Party set up may begin at 6:45pm. All guests must exit the premises no later than 9:30pm.

Limited to 50 attendees – TOTAL – these 50 attendees include everyone including age, swimmers, non-swimmers, members, or non-members. Additional attendees can be added for an additional fee and lifeguard availability (see chart below). The total number of attendees may not exceed 200.

Party contact must check in with staff upon arrival, prior to beginning to set up for the party. Party contact will follow all of the pool’s rules and will understand that they are fully responsible for their guests adherence to the same rules. The party contact is responsible for all pick up from the party – ensuring decorations, left-over food, napkins, cutlery, cups, cans, etc. are thrown into the available trash bins located throughout the pool area. Only toilet paper is to be flushed down the toilets.

If, on your scheduled rental date prior to 6pm, weather conditions (storms including thunder and lightning) prohibit the party from occurring, the party contact will have the choice to reschedule the party to a different available date or receive a refund. If storms come in that include thunder and lightning within 60 minutes after the start of the party, speak with staff to discuss rescheduling for a 2-hour time slot on another designated party night.

Rental Fee Total

LPA Member - $425, additional guests –$75 per 15 guests.

Non-Member -$525, additional guests - $100 per 15 guests
