About Ledger Offline

Ledger Offline is an offline billing and accounting application intended to help users maintain invoices, billing information, products, parties, ledgers, transactions, and related business records.

User Responsibility

Users are responsible for ensuring that the information entered into Ledger Offline is accurate.

Users are also responsible for verifying invoices, tax calculations, accounting entries, balances, reports, and other information before using them for business, accounting, taxation, or regulatory purposes.

Data and Backups

Ledger Offline primarily stores its data locally on the user's device.

Users are responsible for maintaining backups of important information.

Mathura SoftTech is not responsible for data loss resulting from device failure, accidental deletion, clearing application data, uninstalling the application, lost or damaged devices, corrupted storage, or failure to maintain appropriate backups.

Camera Permission

Ledger Offline may use camera permission for barcode scanning functionality.

The camera should only be used when the user accesses functionality that requires barcode scanning.

No Professional Accounting or Tax Advice

Ledger Offline is a software tool and does not constitute professional accounting, legal, financial, GST, or tax advice.

Users should consult an appropriate qualified professional when necessary.

Application Availability

We may update, modify, add, or remove application features in future versions.

We do not guarantee that every feature will remain available indefinitely or that the application will be compatible with every device or operating-system version.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Mathura SoftTech will not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of Ledger Offline, including losses caused by incorrect data entry, lost data, device problems, or reliance on information generated by the application.

Acceptable Use

Users must not misuse Ledger Offline, attempt to distribute unauthorized modified versions, interfere with its operation, or use the application for unlawful activities.
