Ledger Offline is an offline billing and accounting application designed to help users manage billing, invoices, products, parties, transactions, ledgers, and other accounting information directly on their device.

Information We Collect

Ledger Offline is designed to work offline. We do not collect, transmit, sell, rent, or share your personal or business information with our servers.

Information entered into the application, including business information, customer or party details, products, invoices, transactions, and accounting records, is stored locally on the user's device.

Camera Permission

Ledger Offline may request access to your device's camera.

The camera permission is used only for scanning barcodes within the application.

Ledger Offline does not use the camera to secretly capture photographs or videos. Camera data used for barcode scanning is processed for the requested functionality and is not uploaded to our servers.

Local Data Storage

Ledger Offline stores application and accounting data locally on the user's device.

Users are responsible for maintaining appropriate backups of their data where backup functionality is provided.

Because the application operates offline, uninstalling the application, clearing application data, losing or damaging the device, or deleting local files may result in loss of stored information if a backup is not available.

Internet and Data Transmission

The core billing and accounting functionality of Ledger Offline is designed to operate without an internet connection.

We do not operate a cloud server for storing users' billing and accounting records as part of the application's offline functionality.

Data Sharing

We do not sell or rent user data to third parties.

Since accounting data is stored locally, we do not have access to the information users enter into the application unless the user voluntarily provides information to us, for example when contacting us for support.

Data Security

Users should protect their device against unauthorized access and maintain backups of important accounting information.

Children's Privacy

Ledger Offline is intended as a business, billing, and accounting utility and is not specifically directed toward children.
