Welcome to LearnJS. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the LearnJS mobile application (the "Service") operated by Infidhi Ventures Private Limited Labs ("we", "our", or "us").
By downloading or using the app, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.
1. Description of Service
LearnJS provides an interactive educational platform for learning JavaScript, HTML, and CSS, including but not limited to:
Curriculum learning via chapters, roadmaps, and gamified quizzes.
An interactive Project Screen featuring beginner, intermediate, and advanced code templates with live previews.
An in-app Code Compiler with custom editor fields, quick tabs, and output generation tools.
Progress tracking, including daily streaks, experience points (XP), and achievement badges.
2. User Responsibilities
Code Ownership: You retain full ownership of any code you write or modify within the Compiler or Project Screens. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your original code.
Lawful Use: You agree not to use the compiler screen to intentionally write malicious code, scripts, or loops designed to crash the application, compromise device security, or disrupt the Service for others.
Progress and Safeguards: The "Reset Code" feature permanently clears your active editor code. You are responsible for manually saving or backing up any custom code scripts you wish to keep before resetting.
3. Intellectual Property
The app’s interface, curriculum layout, written chapter explanations, proprietary quiz questions, graphic achievement badges, design, and base source code remain the exclusive property of Infidhi Ventures Private Limited Labs. You may not copy, distribute, decompile, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract the lesson materials or source code of the app for commercial reuse.
4. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.
Data and Progress Loss: While we make every effort to save your streaks, stats, and achievements locally, we are not liable for the loss of any app progress, XP, or custom code snippets resulting from app updates, device cache clearance, device failure, or accidental deletion.
No Warranty on Output: The in-app compiler and code preview environments are built for educational purposes. We do not guarantee that code execution will strictly match production-grade development servers, or that the curriculum is completely error-free.
5. Third-Party Services
The app displays advertisements via Google AdMob and utilizes Firebase and Google Analytics for performance monitoring. By using the app, you acknowledge that these third-party services have their own terms of service to which you may be subject.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including a breach of these Terms (such as attempting to pirate or scrape curriculum content).
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of changes by updating the "Effective Date" at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
