Math can be intimidating for many people. However, it does not have to be scary. Games and songs can make math fun. There are strategies that break complex ideas down into simple steps. Different approaches work for different brains. When people find the approach that works for them, math becomes less of an overwhelming task and more of an interesting puzzle to solve. I enjoy being able to help students find their way through this transition.
