About us

Welcome to The Learning Owl Lab! We're a vibrant research group within the TESOL Research Collaboration Network (TERECONET) dedicated to exploring the world of second language teacher education. Our members are a diverse flock of early-career researchers, from doctoral students to master's and undergraduate TESOL majors.

Driven by a passion for learning and, we gather monthly to delve into the latest research and theoretical frameworks shaping the field. Our discussions, fueled by assigned readings on various topics in second language teacher education. 

We also team up on research projects funded by TERECONET. These projects provide us with valuable opportunities to put our theoretical knowledge into practice, tackle real-world challenges, and contribute to the advancement of second language teacher education.
