Rent and Maintenance 200,000 KRW + Utility fee = about 250,000 ~ 300,000 KRW

• Maintenance: Janitor's office & Clean-up common area
• Utility fee: Just pay how much you have paid.

Procedures for payment of dormitory fees

• Type 1: You have to pay 3 months dormitory fee at once.
• Type 2: You have to pay every month's dormitory fee to the specific account number.

Deposit

• 200,000 KRW or more

CAUTION

• If you need to leave the dormitory, please notify the office one month in advance.
• If you do not, you will be charged a fine.
