Investment Fees

All investment fees are discussed with and are bespoke to the individual client.

As a general guide, the following investment schedules are indicative.

Ad hoc talent, training, learning and development administration and tasking

• £35 per hour (or part there off)

• £135 per half day (minimum of three and maximum of four hours)

• £225 per day (minimum of five and maximum of eight hours)

Freelance Personnel

• Freelance personnel day rates, depending upon the seniority of the personnel deployed, vary between £300 and £600 per day (plus travel, accommodation and subsistence expenses as required), when deployed in UK and Europe.

• Freelance personnel day rates, depending upon the seniority of the personnel deployed, vary between £750 and £1250 per day (all inclusive), when deployed in outside of UK or Europe.

• Average freelance rates for a mid-level or senior specialist are around:

  • £45 per hour (or part there off)

  • £165 per half day (minimum of three and maximum of four hours)

  • £300 per day (minimum of five and maximum of eight hours)

Outsourced Talent, Training, Learning and DevelopmentServices

We offer clients four people and talent service package levels.

The Professional

The Professional package is specifically designed for solopreneurs, start- ups and micro-SME’s (under 10 people) and provides an integrated pakcage of specialist business coaching and mentoring support for business owners, comprising:

• Business Coaching and Mentoring

• People

• Talent and Training

• Business Leadership Coaching and Mentoring

The package delivery is:

• Remote (phone, email, and MS Teams’) talent, training, learning and development services and support.

• Maximum of 240 hours per annum

• One on site / physical location visit pcm

• £360 pcm / £3,320 per annum.

The Premier

The Premier package is specifically designed for small SME’s (10 to 50 people) who are scaling, developing, and growing, and so have more comprehensive, complex, varied and ad hoc or ongoing talent, training, learning and development, or business requirements. The package comprises:

• Equivalent to one day per week, 48 days per annum, 384 hours per annum max – which can be flexibly used as desired and required.

• Covers a blend of remote and onsite as required

• £600 pcm or £ 7200, per annum

The Premium

The Premium package is specifically designed for medium sized (50 plus people) SME's and larger organisations, who require fuller, comprehensive, complex, varied and ongoing talent, training, learning and development requirements. The package comprises:

• 2 days per week, 96 days per annum, 768 hours per annum max – which can be flexibly used as desired and required.

• Covers a blend of remote and onsite as required

• £1,200 pcm or £14,400 per annum.

The Platinum

The Platinum package is specifically designed for orgnaisations who require an ongoing and regular mix of varied talent, training, learning and development requirements. The package comprises:

• 3 days per week, 144 days per annum, 1,152 hours per annum max – which can be flexibly used as desired and required.

• Covers a blend of remote and onsite as required

• £1,800 pcm or £21,600 per annum.

Managed Services and Projects

Managed services and projects are subject to the client’s bespoke integrated or standalone talent, training, learning and development requirements, and are costed on that basis.

Interim Manpower

Interim leadership, management, or specialist personnel are costed in accordance with the freelance personnel rates above.
