Have successfully authored, developed, delivered, led and managed specialist, integrated or standalone, end to end, and through life, talent, and executive and professional training, learning and development operations, services, agendas, and teams within blue-chip, smaller corporate and SME organisational environments; across predominantly government, military, aviation, oil and gas, technical, corporate, professional services, B2B, education and training and mission led environments.

Have extensive programme and project management and management consulting expertise and experience internationally. Experienced working as member of SME senior leadership teams across a range of organisational and operational sizes; from start-up, through less than 10 and T/O of £2m, to 250 and T/O of £50m. This is consolidated by previous SLT experience in organisations of up to 3,000+ employees, leading and managing teams of up to 150 and 16 direct reports.
