Learning sign with Hope pt.2!

Hello again!

Over the past month, I have been studying ASL on my own. This week, My English teacher Mr. Degrandis gave me a few lessons along with my classmate Chesa. Together, we learned words like under, on top, next to, through, around, sit and stand. He even gave me my own signing name! He also taught Chesa and I how to sign a few Italian foods like pizza, sauce, pasta, meatball, pepperoni and spaghetti. The last thing he taught us was how to sign furniture you would find in a restaurant such as tables and chairs. I have had a very entertaining time learning ASL with Mr. Degrandis and I am thankful that I got the chance to learn from him. I will continue my lessons and learn as much as I can.
