For teachers

This section is for my fellow teachers of English who wish to develop and improve their teaching practice.

To teach is to keep learning all your life. Professional development is essential if you desire to do your job effectively. The most important part of professional development is self-reflection.

In my early journey as a language learner, I used to keep a journal to practise writing. When I started doing professional teaching qualifications, reflecting on my teaching and writing observations of other teachers' lessons was common practice.
