Projection Planes:
Front View Plane (Vertical Plane): Shows the projection of the plane as seen from the front.
Top View Plane (Horizontal Plane): Displays the projection of the plane from above.
Side View Plane (Profile Plane): Shows the projection of the plane from the side.
Projection Process:
Front View Projection:
To project a plane onto the vertical plane, imagine the plane's shadow or footprint on this plane.
The front view projection shows the intersection of the plane with the vertical plane. The view will reveal the plane's shape as it appears when looking directly at it from the front.
Top View Projection:
To project a plane onto the horizontal plane, imagine the plane's shadow or footprint on this plane.
The top view projection shows the intersection of the plane with the horizontal plane. The view will reveal the plane's shape as it appears from above.
Side View Projection:
To project a plane onto the profile plane, imagine the plane's shadow or footprint on this plane.
The side view projection shows the intersection of the plane with the profile plane. The view will reveal the plane's shape as it appears from the side.
Visualization and Interpretation:
The projections provide different perspectives of the plane:
Front View: Displays the plane's shape as it intersects the vertical plane.
Top View: Displays the plane's shape as it intersects the horizontal plane.
Side View: Displays the plane's shape as it intersects the profile plane.
