วิธีเปลี่ยน Active voice เป็น Passive voice
1) Present simple tense
รูปแบบประโยค
S + V. to be + V3
ตัวอย่างการเปลี่ยน Active voice เป็น Passive voice
Active voice: I make a cake.
Passive voice: A cake is made.
2) Present continuous
รูปแบบประโยค
S+ is, am, are + being + V3

3) Past simple

S+was , were + V3

4) Past continuous

ทั้ง 10 รูปแบบการเปลี่ยน Active voice เป็น Passive voice นั้นเป็นแบบที่ใช้กันหลักๆ อยู่เป็นประจำ แต่ในความเป็นจริงถ้าจะให้ตรงตามหลักไวยากรณ์แล้วนั้น จะมีอีก 2 tenses ที่ไม่ได้นำมากล่าวในนี้เนื่องจากในยุคปัจจุบันไม่ค่อยได้ถูกนำมาใช้ในรูปแบบของ Passive voice กันแล้วนั่นเอง
Active voice
~> describes a sentence where the subject performs the action stated by the verb.
pattern : S + V (depends on the tenses) + O
Passive voice
~> in passive voice sentences, the subject is acted upon by the verb.
patter : S + be + past participle + (by agent)
Transitive Verb
~> a sentence with a verb is followed by an object. (direct and indirect object)
~> a transitive verb can take more than one object
example :
Lila sings a song (direct object)
Katty takes her new skirt in the cupboard (indirect object)
Intransitive Verb
~> a sentence with a verb is not followed by an object. (complement and prepositional phrase)
example :
I walk along the beach. (along as prep)
We are thinking about grammar lesson now. (about as prep)

SIMPLE PRESENT TENSE
Active : Joe drives the car everyday
Passive : The car is driven by Joe everyday
Active : They sell books
Passive : Books are sold by them
Active : He writes a letter
Passive : A letter is written by him
SIMPLE PAST TENSE
Active : She decorated the walls
Passive : The walls were decorated by her
Active : He did not buy a car
Passive : A car was not bought by him
Active : I helped them
Passive : They were helped by me
PRESENT CONTINUOUS TENSE
Active : They are eating apples
Passive : Apples are being eaten by them
Active : You are disturbing me
Passive : I am being disturbed by you
Active : We are buying some pens
Passive : Pens are being bought by us
PAST CONTINUOUS TENSE
Active : Boys were singing a songs
Passive : Songs were being sung by boys
Active : Henny was washing a shirt
Passive : A shirt was being washed by Henny
Active : Was she cleaning a fork?
Passive : Was a fork being cleaned by her?
PRESENT PERFECT TENSE
Active : I have made some cakes
Passive : Some cakes have been made by me
Active : Purry have written five poems
Passive : Five poems have been written by Purry
Active : He has not completed the work
Passive : The work has not been completed by him
PAST PERFECT TENSE
Active : They had won the game
Passive : The game had been won by them
Active : Bruce had collected coins
Passive : Coins had been collected by him
Active : We had bought some vegetables
Passive : Some vegetables had been bought by us
MODAL AUXILIARY
Active : He can drive a car
Passive : A car can be driven by him
Active : She must learn this book
