Learn It Academic Services is contracted by the School District of Philadelphia Office of Non-Public Programs to provide academic and related supports. Our job is to provide Title I and related services, such as Speech Language Therapy and Occupational Therapy, to qualifying students over the course of the school year. For Title I, we provide academic intervention in the areas of both reading and math in a small group setting. Depending on the non-public school the child attends, sessions take place on site or virtually, during the school day, or after school hours.
Learn It prides itself on employing passionate teachers and therapists who are highly qualified to provide these services. Each of our employees cares deeply about making connections with students and providing them with the support he or she needs. Learn It supplies each of its tutors with grade-level curriculum, proven to help students make academic gains.
In addition to a robust curriculum, Learn It also tracks the progress of each student and formulates a Student Learning Plan for Title I students via iReady. Parents should look out for quarterly progress reports, newsletters, and a copy of the aforementioned Learning Plan. Learn It Title I teachers and therapists pride themselves on establishing and maintaining relationships with the parents and guardians of each of his or her students. Please reach out to your child's teacher or the Program Supervisor at any time with your questions or concerns!
