Sign in to your Google account. Go to the Google Sheets website and sign in to your Google account. If you don’t have a Google account, create one for free.
Create a new spreadsheet: Once you’re signed in, click on the “New” button in the top left corner of the screen and select “Google Sheets” from the dropdown menu. This will open a new blank spreadsheet.
Enter your data: You can enter your data into the cells by clicking on the cell and typing the information. You can also copy and paste data from other sources, like Excel spreadsheets or text files.
Format your spreadsheet: To make your spreadsheet look better and easier to read, you can format it. You can change the font, font size, and color of the text, as well as the background color of the cells.
Add formulas and functions: One of the most powerful features of Google Sheets is the ability to perform calculations using formulas and functions. You can use functions like SUM, AVERAGE, and COUNT to perform calculations on your data.
Share your spreadsheet: When you’re done working on your spreadsheet, you can share it with others. Click on the “Share” button in the top right corner of the screen, enter the email addresses of the people you want to share with, and choose whether they can edit, comment, or just view the spreadsheet.
Collaborate with others: With Google Sheets, you can collaborate with others in real-time. This means that multiple people can work on the same spreadsheet at the same time, and changes are saved automatically.
