-Depending on the individual requirements of your child, the suggested weekly hours for this form of therapy typically range from 10 to 40 hours, as ABA is most efficacious when conducted in an intensive manner. When the treatment plan is formulated, the number of recommended hours for your child will be determined by our clinical team, and your insurance following the evaluation of your child.
Is age restriction applicable to ABA therapy at learn and Rise?
-Our typical age range for serving children is 18 months to 21 years. Medicaid and the majority of major commercial insurers discontinue coverage for ABA between the ages of 18 and 21.
The location of ABA therapy sessions takes place at?
-We offer center-based, home-based, and in-school therapy for children with autism. Center-based therapy provides peers, a regulated environment, new toys, and routines for school integration. Home-based services are available within 10-15 miles, and in-school services are available in some areas. School policies must enable outside services and insurance must cover school-based services.
