Lean Manufacturing PowerPoint is a manufacturer template embedded into a PowerPoint slide that you can use for operations presentations like supply chain management or industry presentations. The Lean Manufacturing is a methodology related to manufacturing, industry operations and industry processes. The slide contains a gear in order to simulate the engine that moves the operations in a company or industry but you can modify it to use for your own needs in your company presentation. We created this PPT after the success on Six Sigma presentation that was very suitable for other industry presentations. As you may know, Six Sigma was introduced by Motorola time ago. This template is also useful for people looking MGPP template or Multi Generation Project Plan templates.

If you are looking for professional Supply Chain presentations, then maybe you can consider buying the package here. Lean manufacturing ppt is also good for industry PowerPoint templates or engineering PowerPoint templates.

The following transcript is from a presentation on the topic of lean implementation to the Lean Manufacturing Special Interest Group held in Adelaide in May 2013 by Mr Peter Gardner, Global Manufacturing Engineering Director, TI Automotive.

The talk focuses on having the right motivation and attitude towards lean implementation, and discusses the use of consistent standards and assessment systems within production sites spread across the globe.

In the division we are in at TI Automotive we have 86 sites, so we had to have a fairly hierarchical type of organisation to make sure we were inclusive of our whole business when we were launching lean manufacturing. We chose not to set up two or three pilot plants, but instead we chose to do a lot of hard yards behind the scenes and set up the system with consultation with a lot of plants that we could launch globally.

Rhino Tool House collaborates with its customers to assess their specific manufacturing requirements and space constraints. They work closely to develop customized lineside presentation layouts that maximize efficiency and workflow. By strategically placing materials, tools, and equipment at the point of use, Rhino Tool House helps minimize the time and effort required to access and retrieve resources during production.

Rhino Tool House pays close attention to ergonomics and safety when designing lineside presentation solutions. They consider factors such as reachability, visibility, and weight distribution to ensure that materials and tools are easily accessible and can be handled safely by operators. By optimizing the lineside presentation layout, Rhino Tool House helps reduce the risk of injuries, fatigue, and errors caused by awkward movements or improper handling.

Rhino Tool House is well-versed in lean manufacturing principles and incorporates them into their lineside presentation solutions. They focus on eliminating waste, reducing unnecessary movement, and improving overall process efficiency. By applying lean principles, Rhino Tool House helps their customers achieve streamlined operations, minimize downtime, and enhance productivity.

Rhino Tool House understands the importance of a well-integrated supply chain in effective lineside presentation. They work closely with their customers to establish efficient material flow and replenishment processes. By collaborating with suppliers and implementing just-in-time (JIT) or Kanban systems, Rhino Tool House ensures that materials and resources are replenished promptly, minimizing production disruptions and optimizing lineside presentation.

Rhino Tool House emphasizes the value of continuous improvement in lineside presentation strategies. They assist their customers in establishing performance metrics, data collection processes, and feedback loops to monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of their lineside presentation systems. By analyzing the data and identifying areas for improvement, Rhino Tool House helps their customers continually optimize their lineside presentation practices for enhanced efficiency and productivity.

In summary, lineside presentation is a critical aspect of the manufacturing process, and Rhino Tool House recognizes its importance in driving efficiency and productivity. With their expertise in layout design, ergonomics, lean principles, supply chain integration, and continuous improvement, Rhino Tool House assists its customers in developing and implementing effective lineside presentation strategies. By optimizing the arrangement and organization of materials, tools, and resources at the point of use, Rhino Tool House helps its customers achieve smoother operations, reduce downtime, and maximize overall manufacturing efficiency.

TWO KEY PILLARS OF THE LEAN MANUFACTURING SYSTEM JUST-IN-TIME JIDOKAĀ  Refers to the manufacturing and conveyance of only what is needed, when it is needed, and in the amount neededĀ  The ability to stop production lines in the event of problems such as equipment malfunction, quality issues, or late workĀ  Jidoka helps prevent the passing of defects, helps identify and correct problem areas using localization and isolation Both the Just-In-Time and Jidoka pillars are required to function properly for the Lean system to be effective! 13Ā  Operational Excellence Consulting

An all-day, high energy, fast-paced presentation, in tandem with hands-on simulation activities so participants learn what advanced manufacturing is all about; identify the eight wastes in manufacturing and ways to reduce them.

Experience how the 5S System reduces waste in a simulated production facility. Participants learn the concepts of the 5S System and then apply them to transform a cluttered, disorganized production area into a clean, organized, and orderly workplace.

Provides you with the information and practice you need to participate in implementing standardization and standard work in your workplace. This offering presents an approach to implementing standardization and standard work methods designed to eliminate waste from production processes. The methods and goals discussed in this session are closely related to the Lean manufacturing system.

This one-day workshop is designed to provide an overview of Lean Manufacturing concepts and Lean Behaviors necessary for successful change. Discover how Lean makes work rewarding as well as profitable and enduring. Participants will have the knowledge and tools to create an effective lean strategy, develop personal lean leadership skills and gain broad support among colleagues for the lean transformation.

Four experts discuss various health care issues and potential solutions. The implementation of lean, the importance of sustainability, the necessity of crafting appropriate technology solutions, and the ultimate need for improvements to come from within an organization are covered.

In a for-profit ambulatory surgical center, the current scheduling method often results in cases starting later than the initial plan. The presentation describes an implementation of clustering as well as multiple simulations of different possibilities.

A 100,000 annual visit hospital ED is redesigned using lean principles. Wait times decrease and pt satisfaction and revenue increases. Simulation shows further viability of new processes. This presentation is made by a MD who became a lean coach.

Changing managerial thought is a process; this presentation demonstrates one way that managers are forced to confront the reality of differing goals/expectations of other managers they must work with.

4 lean projects were performed - pharmacy, lab, outpatient clinic, and telemetry unit. Each project was meticulously documented in the presentation. Pre- and post- metrics are included, as well as a discussion of sustainability.

Task analysis of an RN's shift on a med/surg unit is performed, using spaghetti maps and other lean tools. Integration of a new medicine delivery system is studied to examine how RN efficiency is affected.

Although healthcare is unlike any other service industry, improvement concepts are immediately applicable. This presentation teases out some specifics and attempts to answer student questions regarding the complexities of health care.
