Support Scope
Contact us for:
- login and account access issues;
- Apple Sign In or email login errors;
- profile update or avatar upload failures;
- account deletion requests and deletion verification;
- subscription, restore purchase, and plan entitlement issues;
- post quota / identification quota / credit balance issues;
- chat, follow, or messaging permission issues;
- crash, freeze, network, or unexpected app behavior.
Current Product Rules (for troubleshooting)
1) Messaging availability
- Direct messages require mutual follow.
- You may be limited to one outbound message until the other user replies.
2) Posting limits
- Free and Basic plans can have monthly post limits.
- Plus plan can provide unlimited posting.
3) AI identification limits
- Availability depends on compatible iOS/device support.
- Free or Basic monthly allowance may apply.
- Credit packs can be used when allowance is exhausted.
Self-Service Paths in App
- Delete account: Profile -> Settings -> Delete Account
- Subscription center: Profile -> Subscription
- Manage active subscription: Profile -> Subscription -> Manage
- Restore purchases: Profile -> Subscription -> Restore Purchases
- Notification preferences: Profile -> Settings -> Notifications
- Blocked users: Profile -> Settings -> Blocked Users
Billing Notes
- In-app purchases are processed by Apple.
- Subscription management and cancellation are handled in Apple account settings.
- Refunds are handled according to Apple's billing policies.
Recommended Info to Include in Your Support Email
- LeafChat username
- account email (if available)
- device model and iOS version
- app version/build
- issue start time and timezone
- clear reproduction steps
- screenshots or screen recording
- Apple purchase receipt reference (for payment cases)
Response Targets
- First response target: within 2 business days
- Billing and account lockout requests are prioritized
Compatibility
- Platform: iOS
- Deployment baseline: iOS 17.6+
- Some AI features require compatible newer iOS/device support
