A co-founder of Leading with Spirit, Lisa retired after 25 years as administrator of Monadnock WS. Lisa served as an AWSNA delagate. and a past regional coordinator of ANA. She has consulted with and advised schools across North America.

Connie has been active in Waldorf education for many years, as an administrator in Chicago, Honolulu, Los Angeles, and Portland. She was an executive at AWSNA and has served AWSNA and the movement in many capacities over the years.  Connie helped to pilot the LWS Board Project and is now supporting the development of a new independent and collaborative project on Money, Economics, Collaboration and Change.  

A co-founder of Leading with Spirit, Michael has 38 years experience in Waldorf Education as a teacher, administrator, consultant, advisor and trainer.

A co-founder of Leading with Spirit, Marti served as the Administrative Director of City of Lakes Waldorf School in Minneapolis for the past 20 years, She also served as a past regional ANA coordinator, AWSNA school delegate, and accreditation team leader.  Marti is the acting Administrator of Leading with Spirit.

Jody is currently Director of Finance at the Ashwood Waldorf School in Rockport, ME. She served as the Director of Accreditation for AWSNA for 10 years. Prior to that, Jody was Administrative Director at Ashwood Waldorf School. Jody serves as a LWS core faculty member .

Sian Owen Cruise

Sian serves as the Director of Accreditation for AWSNA. Sian has previous experience he previously served as the School Administrator at the Rudolf Steiner School of Ann Arbor. 

Valerie is currently the Chair of the AWSNA board. She has been the chair of the Chicago Waldorf School board and an advisor to Waldorf school boards. Valerie is on the presenters team for the board project.
