Dear Friends,
We are wrapping up an exciting school year, heading into summer, and making plans for our fall offerings.
Consider joining us in our Art of Administration Leadership Courses this summer - in person on Whidbey Island, WA, in Freeport, Maine and also online.
Join colleagues for a week of refreshment, professional development, working with and building relationships with colleagues from across the continent.
And stay tuned for our fall offerings. We will post the dates shortly.
We also are pleased to announce a new Fall session of our course for new lead administrators, the River, the Raft, and You, led by experienced colleagues Christine Scherding and Lisa Mahar, and designed especially for people new or nearly new to their schools and positions. See the flyer and information here. This is a limited offering for a small group (6-10 per cohort) so as to be able to help address particular situations.
In the fall we will continue to offer our Facilitation and Group Decision-Making workshop, a workshop for Board chairs, a course on Philanthropy and Creating School Wealth, and of course our Prepared to Serve Foundations Board Course. See our new offering on the Board Training page.
We continue to be busy with our advisory, coaching, and mentoring work. We are making ourselves available for a conversation (free of charge) for anyone who could use some support. In these times of great inner and outer disruption, we encourage you to continue your inner practices and seek others to speak with to find the insights and courage you need for this important work.
