About Us

Peter Dimitrion

Peter is a second year MD/PhD student who has many passions that span science, technology, medicine, community service and leadership development. He was born and raised in Honolulu, HI before he left for the University of Pittsburgh where he double majored in chemistry and molecular biology. After attending the University of Pittsburgh, he earned a M.S. from Johns Hopkins in Biotechnology before beginning an MD/PhD program (#DoubleDocs). He hopes to bridge his academic passions to make tangible, positive change in the way of improved care-delivery through scientific innovation.

Peter currently holds several leadership positions at his Medical School and looks forward to sharing the lessons he learns along the way, challenging himself while developing content and exploring what it means to be a burgeoning medical leader with you all.

Caleb Sokolowski

Caleb is a second year medical student in Detroit, Michigan. He completed his undergraduate degree from Michigan State University in December, 2018. Caleb graduated Summa Cum Laude with a degree in Human Biology and minors in Health Promotions and Bioethics. Caleb teaches MCAT courses and is involved with national organizations such as the Institute for Healthcare Improvement.

In his free time, Caleb enjoys a mix of being calm and active. He loves to read and is an interning writer for the In-Training peer-reviewed publication for medical students. He also enjoys competing in CrossFit as well as playing sports and paddle boarding. Caleb looks forward to challenging himself to improve his knowledge of medicine and leadership with this podcast.
