Program Overview:
According to a study conducted by McKinsey, identifying and addressing pervasive mindsets from the very beginning will help a business succeed in whatever organizational change initiative they are engaged in. So, giving organizational leaders the tools they need to lead better, making sure teams work well together, and encouraging a collaborative mindset will all have an effect on the culture of the organization as a whole.
This program's objective is to: cultivate successful, continuous, and empowered leadership coaches who are motivated by leadership, have an understanding of human behaviour, and are equipped with effective methods that can be implemented to get the most out of their teams and make stronger connections with them as leaders.

Month 1
Week 1 - Leadership vs Management: the importance of both leading and managing to achieve results.
Week 2 - Modern leadership: explore traditional leadership styles and models versus modern leadership.
Week 3 - Effective leadership communication: explore effective communication that achieves results and is mutually supportive.
Week 4 - Building Trust: Dis-trust is the foundation of dysfunctional teams. This session will reflect on trust and its role in leading a team.
Month 2
Week 1 - Conflict management: managing miscommunication and misunderstandings that lead to conflict
Week 2 - Leading Change: unpack the reaction to change and provide tools to support teams through change.
Week 3 - Leading a Diverse Team: explore diversity, its challenges and benefits in teams.
Week 4 - Roundup and Success stories: reflect on the previous sessions held in the programme and the lessons learned.
Month 3
Week 1 - Foundation of human behaviour: the brain is doing as it deletes, generalises and distorts information and what impact it has on our decision making processes
Week 2 - Value and Beliefs: fundamental to humans and organisational culture
Week 3 - Building rapport better & 6 human needs: indication of what we need as humans but also what help our teams function better.
Week 4 - Resilience and. self motivation: We look at what resilience is and how to self - motivate.

Week 1 - Inward vs Outward: Learn the difference between inward and outward mindsets
Week 2 - Drama triangle: Stepping into coach
Week 3 - Building confidence in self and others: We look at the 4 areas of self efficacy: performance, variety of experience, social persuasion, and psychological states
Week 4 - Round up and Success stories
Month 5
Week 1 - 10 Success-Minded principles: modeled from key principles that consistently produced superb results, as well as from systems theory and natural laws.
Week 2 - Conflict - What it is and how to shift into collaboration: 5 different conflict management strategies for great success to cohesive teams
Week 3 - Neuroscience in Leadership. Head brain, Heart brain & Gut Brain: Exploring the science of the body
Week 4 - Understanding Bias and how this influences decisions: We look at over 185 different biases and how they might play a role in my decision making process.
Month 6
Week 1 - Well being vs Burnout: We then practically unpack tools to mitigate Burnout.
Week 2 - 6 Q's of Leadership: SQ and EQ and the importance of how this influences leadership.
Week 3 - Influence Pyramid: Understanding what an inward mindset changes how we do what we do and where we allocate time.
