How do I set up the AI Writers (OpenAI, Claude, Groq)? To use the AI drafting features, go to the extension Settings tab. You can select your preferred AI provider (GPT-4, Claude 3, Groq, or Cohere).
If you are using your own API key, simply paste it into the designated field.
Your API keys are stored locally on your device and are never sent to our servers.
How does the Email Finder work? When you are on a profile, click the "Reveal Contact Info" button. LeadHarvest searches multiple verified B2B databases to find the most accurate work email and phone number.
Is my account safe? Yes. LeadHarvest is built with Safe Mode enabled by default. We simulate human browsing behavior and limit the number of actions you can perform in a specific timeframe to keep your account secure.
Do you store my cookies? No. We take your privacy seriously. We do not store your session cookies on our servers. The extension runs locally on your browser.
How do I export leads to my CRM? Go to the "My Leads" dashboard within the extension. You can select leads and click "Export CSV" or connect your CRM via the "Integrations" tab to sync data directly.
The extension isn't loading on the page.
Refresh your browser tab.
Ensure you are on a valid profile page.
Check if you have other conflicting extensions installed.
If the issue persists, try removing and reinstalling LeadHarvest.
The AI isn't generating messages.
Check that your internet connection is stable.
Verify that your API key (if using one) is active and has credits.
Ensure the profile you are viewing has an "About" section or recent activity for the AI to analyze.
