The Bread Shed

Welcome to the Bread Shed—our little roadside bakery stand filled with fresh, small-batch sourdough and rotating baked goods made right here at Lock and Dam Cottage Creations.

This is where extra loaves, special bakes, and seasonal treats make their way onto the shelves after baking days and pre-order pickups. Everything is baked with the same care and long fermentation process you know from our kitchen—just available in a more spontaneous, grab-and-go way.

The Bread Shed is restocked weekly, and what you find changes often. Some days it’s full of warm sourdough loaves and focaccia, other days you’ll find crackers, sweet treats, or whatever came out of the oven that week.

Hours and availability may vary slightly based on weather and market schedules, but we always do our best to keep it stocked and welcoming on open days. 

We accept exact cash and Venmo for easy, grab-and-go checkout.
