Dates: Participants are expected to arrive on Sunday, March 14, and leave on Saturday, March 20.
Lodging: A 8-bedroom, 8-bathroom log cabin in Sevierville, TN, near Great Smokey Mountains National Park, has been reserved for the duration of the week. At least some fraction of the participants will be expected to share a room.
Transportation: The closest airport is McGhee Tyson Airport (TYS) in Knoxville, TN, which is ~50 minute drive from the cabin. The organizers will arrange transportation from and to the airport in groups. As such, participants arriving by air should expect to wait a little at the airport.
Equipment: There is a projector for giving lectures, but there will also be an option to give a whiteboard talk.
Meals: Meal preparation responsibilities will be shared by all participants.
