To ensure all children have a fair, equal, and significant opportunity to obtain a high-quality education and reach, at minimum, proficiency of challenging State academic achievement standards and State academic assessments.

Teacher and Principal Training and Recruiting

To Increase student academic achievement through improving teacher quality and principal quality

Title III

Language Instruction for Limited English Proficient and Immigrant Students

To help ensure that children and youth who are limited English proficient attain English language proficiency, develop high levels of academic attainment in English and meet the same challenging State academic standards that all children are expected to meet.
