Classroom Management Philosophy
Classroom expectations should be explicitly stated, established early, and be consistently conducted during the school year. The classroom should be a comfortable environment where students feel safe to ask questions, express ideas and share their thoughts equally with one another. I understand that sometimes my management style will need to be changed as my class changes and I continue acknowledging what is working, and what is not. I will strive to engage my students and spark their interests so that they develop a love of learning and hopefully this will play a part in managing the classroom. I want to ask my students questions and promote participation and collaboration on the parts of my students and their families.
