For added convenience and peace of mind, feel free to email (weareclass2027@gmail.com) your Class of 2027 senior contract. This is best if you are using Zelle or Cash app as the form of payment.
Senior Contract
The senior contract is set up so that your students' activities can be paid in advance using installments. This will help with the expenses associated with senior year, instead of requiring everything to be paid for at once. You select and pay for the activities that you want to participate in early and save money, but still have the option of adding additional items later.

Prom
Every student must have a contract on-file in order to participate in senior activities.
Once the student opts into Senior Contract they need to keep up with their dues. The Class of 2027 will be reminding and updating every individual who signs up for the Senior Contract of their required payments. Once you have submitted a signed contract and deposit; items and event tickets quantities cannot be decreased, and deposits will not be refunded.
All contracts must be PAID IN FULL no later than December 4, 2026.
Payment Options
We accept cash, checks, money orders, Cash App, or Zelle payments.
Cash - Please drop off in room 2209 before or after school with your signed contract. Cash must be in a sealed envelope and include the student’s name and ID#.
Checks/Money Orders - Please drop off in room 2209 before or after school with your signed contract. Checks/money orders should be made payable to: “LCHS Parent Boosters Inc.- Class of 2027” Be sure to include student’s name and ID# in the memo line. A returned check fee of $40 will be charged on all NSF/bounced checks.
Cash App - LCHS Parent Boosters - $LCHS2027
Just a head's up cash app sometimes won't process at the school, and they don't work online most of the time. Payments using this method incur a fee.
Zelle (preferred) - Send Zelle payment to "weareclass2027@gmail.com" Be sure to include student’s name and ID# in the memo field.
No Refunds
Payments are NON-REFUNDABLE, even if you do not attend.
No refunds will be made regardless of attendance, participation, or ineligibility due to being on the Loss of Privilege list, Loss of Credit list or suspension in the semester during which the event occurs. If an event is canceled, refunds may occur, depending on vendor return of funds/deposits.

SENIOR YARD SIGNS
Price: $15

Yard signs will be designed and voted by the Class of 2027 students. More information TBA.
Yard signs will be disturbed during the second semester of junior year.
Details: Size - TBA - Yard signs are printed with UV, weather resistant ink. Includes one "H" metal yard stake. Outdoor use: Your yard signs can be used both indoors and outdoors for temporary display needs. Your signs are weather and moisture resistant although we recommend removing them in extreme weather conditions including very windy conditions. Assuming proper use and no extreme weather your signs should last 2+ years of outdoor use.
SENIOR FIELD TRIP
The senior field trip is an all-day casual gathering on a school day.
Location & Date: TBA
Transportation will be provided to and from the event. Students are not permitted to transport themselves.
Dress code: School-appropriate attire is required. Wearing a Senior shirt is recommended. If you do not have a Senior shirt, an alternative shirt color will be necessary; this color will be announced as the date approaches.
Please note, this event is exclusively for LCHS Class of 2027 students.
Parents are welcome to attend as chaperones. However, all chaperones must be approved volunteers by the Garland Independent School District (GISD). https://garlandisd.net/connect/volunteer/volunteer-application-process
Prom
Prom is more than a dance; it's an elegant and memorable occasion that marks a significant milestone.
The prom ticket includes: the dance, light food, entertainment, and possible door prizes.
Prom tickets will NOT be sold after April 2, 2027 or at the door.
Tickets for the prom will be available for distribution as the event date approaches.

Guest Tickets
All individuals who are not part of the LCHS senior class of 2027 must submit an approved guest permission form before they can purchase a ticket.
Guest forms and tickets can be submitted and purchased starting three weeks before the event.
The cost of a guest ticket will be the same as the price you paid for your own ticket, with a limit of one guest per prom ticket holder.
