In order to be a debutante with LCFMMP, applicants must complete an application, pay the $50 non-refundable application fee, and submit three (3) recommendation forms.

- Watch Virtual Interest Meeting Video (below)
- Complete the 23-24 Application
- A 500-word essay is due when you submit the application
- Be sure the essay is completed first before attempting to submit
- Due Date: Friday, June 2nd
- Select two (2) academic/faculty and (1) personal reference to complete the Recommendation Form
- You can email the form link to your references for them to complete
- Pay $50 Application Fee
- Add your first and last name in the memo before submitting payment
