Lee County Female Minority Mentoring Program (LCFMMP) was founded in 2009. This multi-faceted program is designed to nurture, mentor and assist young ladies as they prepare to graduate from High School. LCFMMP recruits female minority seniors attending Lee County High School.

The one trait that sets this organization apart from other Debutante programs is the one-on-one mentorship component. Each debutante is paired with a Mentor who will encourage, nurture, and provide guidance for planning beyond high school.
