The learning Resource Center fulfills its mission by rendering a committed and updated library services to the LCC Community through continuous acquisition and maintenance of learning resources to effectively provide access to information sources in the accomplishment of instructional, curricular and research programs of the institution.
LEARNING RESOURCE CENTER VISION
The Learning Resource Center seeks to be an automated gateway to the world of information by providing access to adequate, well-chosen collection of information and learning resources across all media formats and state of the art facilities and equipment which respond to the changing needs of our clients, embracing changing and align itself to thrive on diversity, supporting professional growth and innovation of the institution.
Objectives of the Learning Resource Center or LRC
The Learning Resource Center exists primarily to support the institution’s vision and mission. Generally, it aims to render a committed and updated library services to the LCC community and to be its partner in the accomplishment of instructional, curricular and research programs.
Specific Objectives:
Instruct students in the effective and efficient use of the LRC and its materials.
Supports the school’s educational programs by providing appropriate educational materials and services to both faculty and students.
Deliver quality services by collecting and organizing books and other materials such as periodicals, vertical files and audio-visual materials relevant to the curricular programs and organizing them for quick access.
Improve access to information through its computerized bibliographic services.
Keep pace with the trends brought by the information Technology through its Internet facilities.
Provides physical facilities and equipment that will make possible the most effective use of A-V materials.
Coordinate with other libraries in the community.

MISSION
To promote the value of libraries by spreading the “I Need, I Value. ILOVEMYLIBRARY” campaign in all libraries in the Philippines.
10 SIMPLE WAYS TO CARE AND LOVE THE LIBRARY
Handle equipment with care.
Refrain from HIDING, DAMAGING and INTENTIONALLY MIS-SHELVING BOOKS.
Return chairs back to their proper place after use.
Maintain conversations at a minimum level.
Dispose off garbage properly.
Respect other users (and behave properly inside the library).
Put my mobile phone on silent mode.
Avoid damaging the shelves, tables and chairs.
Return the books on time.
