Quick Selection - Updates

• Store Selection now stores object names to an INI data file (same as Selection Sets) for persistence.

• Added functionality to rename a selection set item and sort the selection sets list.

• Added thin bar button to open the INI data file for browsing or editing.

• Internal code refactoring and further UI tweaks.
