Proudly independent, L.B.Speller relishes the freedom offered by self publication and embraces the huge challenges it also presents. Writing whenever and wherever he can, he dreams of a comfortable and quiet home office but knows the struggles of life are often the inspiration behind his best work.

Like so many of his fellow independent authors, L.B.Speller fights to make his voice heard in a marketplace dominated by big publishers and spends as much time promoting his books as he does writing them. He writes for the love of his craft, however, and will continue to do so regardless of such mundane concerns as sales and reviews.
