To celebrate the 25th Anniversary of the LBS Music Group, the iconic partnership of Shaza Leigh & Lindsay Butler OAM, purchased a 27 acre property on the south side of Tamworth NSW - Butler Estate.

LBS MusicLand, part of Butler Estate, has beautiful 360° landscape views, offers a farm-stay type experience with epic sunsets over the countryside and cityscape of Tamworth. 

Special events are hosted by Butler Estate during the Tamworth Country Music Festival (#TCMF). LBS MusicLand comes to life with friends and guests from all over Australia.

Throughout the year LBS MusicLand is a desirable destination for short stay visits to the Tamworth region and it is the intention to restore the natural beauty of the property with trees, plants acting as a eco habitat for native wildlife.
