What is a transaction coordinator?
A Transaction Coordinator (TC) manages all details involved in closing a real estate transaction and monitors the entire process through agents, clients and escrow companies.
Are you brokerage exclusive?
No, I am not. My skills include familiarity with multiple office policies, MLS systems and document storage systems.
Will you have contact with my clients?
This is completely up to you. However, it is most efficient if I may communicate directly with your client. I will keep you informed of all communications and CC you on emails with important correspondence.
Do you have a cancellation fee?
If transactions are terminated by Client, file(s) are considered to be 65% complete upon completion of appraisal or 15 days from acceptance if no appraisal is required, hence compensation shall be $100. If the appraisal is not complete, the transaction falls through, or termination occurs prior to day 15 from acceptance date, $0 shall be due.
Are my files secure and confidential?
I do not share your information with anyone and they are very secure. I have strict guidelines and unless you grant me permission to share any information, it will be kept confidential.
What if my office is far away from you?
As a virtual company, I work almost entirely paperless with agents and brokers. You do not need to be located near my office in order for us to work together. You would be surprised at how effective I am and how available I make myself to everyone involved in the transaction. I can also do video conferences via google hangouts.
