1. What is LazyMove?


LazyMove is a gentle fitness and wellness app with Tai Chi, yoga, and stretching exercises. It is designed for simple daily movement, mobility, flexibility, posture, tone, abs, butt, and full-body focus.


2. Do I need a subscription?


Yes. LazyMove requires an in-app purchase or subscription to access app features and exercise plans.


3. How do I restore my purchase?


Open the app and go to the paywall or subscription screen. Tap “Restore Purchases.” Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple ID used for the original purchase.


4. How do I cancel my subscription?


Subscriptions are managed by Apple.


On iPhone:

- Open Settings

- Tap your Apple ID name

- Tap Subscriptions

- Select LazyMove

- Tap Cancel Subscription


5. I paid but the app is still locked. What should I do?


First, tap “Restore Purchases” inside the app. If it still does not unlock, restart the app and make sure you are using the same Apple ID that made the purchase.


6. Can I get a refund?

7. Is LazyMove medical advice?

LazyMove includes Tai Chi, yoga, stretching, quick-start sessions, and focus-area workouts for areas such as abs, butt, core, legs, arms, and full body.


9. Can beginners use the app?


Yes. LazyMove is designed to be gentle and beginner-friendly. Start slowly and stop if you feel pain or discomfort.


10. How do I change the app language?


Open the app profile/settings area and choose your preferred language. Some device-level text may also follow your iPhone language settings.


11. How do I reset onboarding?


Open the profile/settings area and tap “Restart Onboarding” if available. This lets you choose your goals and preferences again.


12. Why are videos not playing?


Try these steps:

- Close and reopen the app

- Make sure your device has enough storage

- Turn off Low Power Mode if performance is poor

- Update to the latest app version


13. Does the app track my location or photos?


No. LazyMove does not collect precise location, contacts, photos, camera data, microphone data, or HealthKit data.
