LazyMove: Tai Chi & Yoga (“LazyMove,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use our mobile app.

LazyMove may let you enter information such as your name, age range, height, weight, goal weight, fitness goal, focus area, workout preferences, onboarding answers, saved workouts, workout progress, streaks, minutes, and app language.

This information is used to personalize your plan and improve your in-app experience.

2. Information Stored on Your Device

Most personal wellness and workout information is stored locally on your device. We do not require you to create an account to use the app.

3. Purchases and Subscriptions

LazyMove requires an in-app purchase or subscription to access app features and exercise plans.

Payments are processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive or store your full payment card details.

We use RevenueCat to help manage subscription status, purchase access, and restore purchases. RevenueCat may process purchase-related identifiers and subscription information needed to provide paid access.

4. Information We Do Not Collect

LazyMove does not collect precise location, contacts, photos, camera data, microphone data, or HealthKit data.

We do not sell your personal information.

We do not use third-party advertising tracking.

5. How We Use Information

We use information to:

- Personalize your Tai Chi, yoga, and stretching plan

- Save your onboarding choices and preferences

- Track workout progress inside the app

- Manage subscription access and restore purchases

- Improve app stability and user experience

6. Health and Fitness Disclaimer

LazyMove is for general fitness and wellness only. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always listen to your body and consult a qualified medical professional before starting any exercise program, especially if you have a medical condition, injury, or health concern.

7. Children’s Privacy

LazyMove is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

8. Data Sharing

We may share limited information with service providers only when needed to operate the app, such as subscription management through RevenueCat and payment processing through Apple.

9. Data Deletion

You can delete app data by removing the app from your device. You can also reset onboarding or app preferences inside the app where available.
