Yes! We screen filter honey to remove wax cappings and insect parts, but we leave as much pollen in the honey as possible. Our raw honey is not heat treated, nor does it have any additives.
We have planted 7 acres of clover for the bees (and the deer) as well as various herbs and flowers in hopes of keeping them happy and nourished close to home. Bees forage, so expect to find the pollens of local trees and plants in the honey.
How do you know it's pure honey if you don't know the beekeeper?
