By playing Lazy Chimps VR, you agree to these Terms of Service (ToS). These rules exist to protect the game, its community, and its creators.

Code of Conduct

- No cheating, exploiting, or using unauthorized modifications.

- Do not edit or tamper with original game files.

- Treat all players with respect and kindness.

- Follow all platform (Meta/Oculus) and PlayFab policies.

Prohibited Behavior Includes

- Harassment, bullying, or targeted attacks

- Hate speech, racism, homophobia, discrimination, or slurs

- Impersonating staff or other players

- Spamming, exploiting bugs, or abusing systems

- Using third-party software or exploits to gain unfair advantage

In-App Purchases and Refund Policy

Lazy Chimps VR offers optional in-game purchases such as currencies, cosmetics, and items.

- All purchases are final. No refunds are issued for in-game purchases.

- Items and currency are licensed, not owned.

- Purchased items may be changed, removed, or discontinued at any time without compensation.

- Prices and availability of content may change without notice.

Account Responsibility

You are responsible for all actions taken through your account.

Lazy Chimps VR is not responsible for any loss caused by unauthorized account access, sharing, or misuse.

Lost Items & Data

We are not responsible for lost cosmetics, items, or data caused by uninstalling, device resets, or corruption.

Right to Modify, Restrict, or Terminate Access

Lazy Chimps VR reserves the right to update, modify, or discontinue the game or features at any time without notice.

We also reserve the right to suspend or permanently ban players for violations or at our discretion.

If banned, all access, progress, and paid items are locked or deleted, and no refunds or compensation will be provided.

Health and Safety Notice

Lazy Chimps VR may contain loud sounds, flashing visuals, and intense gameplay elements that could cause discomfort to some players.

By playing, you acknowledge that you do so at your own risk.

Lazy Chimps VR and its creators are not responsible for any physical or psychological discomfort, including ear ringing, dizziness, motion sickness, or similar symptoms.

If you experience discomfort, stop playing immediately and take a break.

Third-Party Services and Data Security

We rely on third-party platforms such as PlayFab and Meta/Oculus to handle authentication, data, and online systems.

While we choose trusted providers, Lazy Chimps VR is not responsible for third-party data breaches, outages, or data loss.

If a third-party system experiences a security failure or loss (for example, if PlayFab servers are compromised), Lazy Chimps VR cannot be held liable for resulting account or data loss.

Enforcement

Violating these Terms may result in:

- Account suspension or permanent ban

- Removal of items, currency, or progress

- Revocation of access to online features

Banned or suspended players are not entitled to refunds or compensation of any kind.

Disclaimer of Warranty

Lazy Chimps VR is provided “as is.”

We make no guarantees that the game will always function error-free or without interruption.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lazy Chimps VR and its affiliates are not liable for:

- Loss of data, profits, or account access

- Physical injury, illness, or hearing issues caused by gameplay elements

- Third-party system failures or data breaches

Termination

We may terminate or restrict access to Lazy Chimps VR at any time for rule violations or technical reasons.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States (Delaware jurisdiction).

Any disputes must be resolved through binding arbitration, not class-action lawsuits.
