NOTE:
Anything that includes in-game purchases, account ownership, ban appeals will NEED proof and won't get any type of help if proof is not mentioned.
If you lost your account, there are simple steps you'll need to follow:
First email us support@lazychimpsvr.com or join our discord
Send us proof of account ownership, if you made an in-game purchase the email Meta send you will work.
Tell us your current and old player ID or Meta username (If you do not remember your old player ID go to the "Can't Access Player ID" tab) which you can find by going in the support tab that is located in the in-game computer
After all of that just wait until we answer and soon everything will be back to normal!
If your Ban was unfair follow this steps:
First email us support@lazychimpsvr.com or join our discord
Send us proof of what happened - Glitching/Hacking bans won't get unbanned.
Tell us your current player ID or Meta username which you can find by going in the support tab that is located in the in-game computer
And with that done you should be unbanned soon!
NOTE: If you get banned by our Anti-Cheat there is no way to getting unbanned, our anti-cheat makes sure you are 100% cheating before banning you.
Did you not get your items after purchase, here is how to fix it:
First email us support@lazychimpsvr.com or join our discord
Send us proof of your purchase, Meta sends you an email every time you buy something so that will work
Tell us your current player ID or Meta username which you can find by going in the support tab that is located in the in-game computer
Tell us what things you're missing, for example: maybe you bought a 3 cosmetic pack, and you only got 2 cosmetics
After That just wait and your items should be back!
NOTE: Before opening a support ticket restart your game, sometimes it takes a while to load purchases so restarting your game will help.
Something not many people do is save their player ID so if you lost or anything happened to it follow this steps:

Send us proof of account ownership, if you made an in-game purchase the email Meta send you will work.
Tell us your in-game username or Meta username.
After that just wait until we answer, and we will tell you your Player ID!
This is something that sometimes happens and is really easy to fix:
Open you VR menu and then open your library
Once you open your library go to Unkown Sources/Applications
Check for any modding apps and make sure they don't have Lazy Chimps VR as a modding target
If there is no modding applications make sure there is 1GB of space left on your headset because Lazy Chimps VR might not be able to download the required data for it to launch properly
After that you should be good!

This is something that sometimes happens and is really easy to fix:
Check your internet connection and make sure it is stable
Make sure there is 1GB of space left on your headset because Lazy Chimps VR might not be able to download the required data for it to load items properly

If your game cosmetics keep not loading email us at support@lazychimpsvr.com or join our discord
This almost never happens but if it happens do this step:
Check your internet connection and make sure it is stable
Restart your game a couple times to make sure it is not an internet issue
If the cosmetic is still missing Email us at support@lazychimpsvr.com or join our discord and do this next steps:
Tell us your current player ID or Meta username which you can find by going in the support tab that is located in the in-game computer
Tell us what cosmetic you lost
Show us cosmetic ownership (Optional)
And your cosmetic should be back soon!
Lazy Chimps VR collects data like your Public IP for gameplay purposes as stated in Privacy Policy but if you want all your data removed follow this steps:
First email us support@lazychimpsvr.com or join our discord
Send us proof of account ownership, if you made an in-game purchase the email Meta send you will work.
Tell us your current player ID or Meta username which you can find by going in the support tab that is located in the in-game computer
After that tell us all the data you want us to remove
And with that done you should be good to go!
