Refund & Cancellation Policy — LAZ Light & Sound Solutions
At LAZ Light & Sound Solutions, we understand that plans can sometimes change. This policy outlines our terms regarding deposits, cancellations, and refunds.
Booking Deposit
All bookings require a non-refundable deposit of between 30–50% of the total agreed fee, payable upon confirmation of your event. This deposit secures your date and covers preparation, equipment allocation, and planning time dedicated to your event. The remaining balance is due prior to or on the day of the event, as agreed at the time of booking.
Cancellation by the Client
If you need to cancel your booking, please notify us as soon as possible in writing. As the deposit is non-refundable, it will not be returned regardless of the notice given. If cancellation occurs within 14 days of the event date, the full outstanding balance may also become payable, as equipment and time will have been reserved and prepared specifically for your event.
Cancellation by LAZ Light & Sound Solutions
In the unlikely event that we are unable to fulfil your booking due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund of all monies paid, including your deposit. We will always endeavour to find a suitable alternative where possible.
Rescheduling
If you wish to reschedule your event, we are happy to transfer your deposit to a new date, subject to availability. Rescheduling requests must be made in writing with as much notice as possible.
