I'm Zack Zamisa, founder of Lawnest Work. With a background in marketing, food service management, and hands-on landscaping, I built Lawnest Work on a simple belief: quality property care shouldn't feel like a luxury—especially for our own neighbors in Hamilton.

My years in fast-paced kitchens taught me discipline, teamwork, and how to deliver under pressure. My marketing experience helps me keep things transparent, fair, and easy to understand. And my work in the field—from mowing and pruning to building garden beds—means I know exactly what your property needs.

At Lawnest Work, we call it Lawnesty: honest rates, sustainable practices, and a genuine commitment to making your home look its best. No surprises. Just solid work from a neighbor who cares.

Lawnest Work is me, Zack, plus a rotating crew of family, friends, and neighbors from the Hamilton community who step in when the job calls for extra hands. We're a small, tight unit that works like this:
