1. How quickly can you start a project?
We work in short, strong bursts. Once you fill out the request form or call, we'll typically confirm your spot within 24 hours and schedule your first visit within 3–7 days, depending on weather and current bookings.
2. Do I really get a free inspection and zero-obligation quote?
Yes. No catch. We'll come to your Hamilton property, assess the work, give you an honest, transparent price, and leave the decision entirely up to you. That's Lawnesty.
3. Are you licensed and insured?
Absolutely. I'm a G-licensed driver, and the business carries proper liability insurance. Your property and peace of mind are protected.
4. Do you serve all of Hamilton?
Yes, we focus on Hamilton and surrounding neighborhoods. If you're just outside our regular zone, contact us anyway. We may still say yes if the project fits.
5. What exactly does "Spring/Summer Maintenance" include?
Mowing, weed whacking, raking, bagging, pruning hedges/trees/bushes, planting flowers/grass, garden bed construction, and general yard cleanup. Basically, everything your property needs to look sharp from April through August.
6. What's the difference between landscaping and hardscaping?
Landscaping = living things (plants, flowers, grass, garden beds). Hardscaping = stone, brick, pavers, walkways, retaining walls. We do both. Tell us your project, and we'll handle it.
7. Do you offer ongoing weekly maintenance or just one-time jobs?
Both. Many neighbors sign up for weekly or bi-weekly lawn care during peak season. Others call us for single projects like gutter cleaning, snow removal, or fall cleanup. Whatever works for you.
8. How does your Winter Care & Snow Removal work?
We clear driveways and sidewalks, salt and de-ice as needed. You can book per snowfall or sign up for a seasonal flat rate – whichever gives you more peace of mind.
9. Do I need to be home for the work or inspection?
For inspections, yes – we'll walk the property together so you understand everything. For routine work like mowing or snow removal, no. Just give us access instructions, and we'll get it done.
10. How do I book – call, text, email, or form?

11. Can I book a specific time window?
Yes. When you fill out the form, you can choose morning (8–12), afternoon (12–4), or flexible. We'll do our best to hit your preferred window. If we're running behind, I'll text you.
12. What if it rains or snows unexpectedly?
Safety comes first. For lawn care, we'll reschedule to the next dry day. For snow removal, we prioritize driveways and walkways as soon as conditions are safe. You won't be charged for weather cancellations on our end.
13. What payment methods do you accept?
Cash, e-transfer, or credit/debit (through our mobile terminal). We don't hide fees – whatever we quote is what you pay.
14. Do you offer discounts or loyalty programs?
Yes – sign up for Spring Cleaning before March 30, 2027 and save up to 10%. Returning neighbors and multi-service packages also get preferred rates. Just ask.
15. What if I'm not happy with the work?

16. What do you mean by "permaculture" on your site?
We use sustainable, eco-friendly practices – composting, mulching, planting native species, avoiding harsh chemicals, and working with the land instead of against it. Your property stays healthy, and so does Hamilton.

Absolutely. We design, build, plant, and maintain garden beds and small greenhouses. Whether you want tomatoes on your patio or a full raised-bed setup, we've got you.
