             บริการที่กลุ่มกฎหมาย สำนักงานสาธารณสุขจังหวัดเชียงราย มอบให้แก่คุณ อยู่ภายใต้ข้อกำหนดการใช้งานต่อไปนี้ กลุ่มกฎหมาย สำนักงานสาธารณสุขจังหวัดเชียงราย ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการปรับปรุงและแก้ไขได้ตลอดเวลาโดยไม่ต้องแจ้งให้คุณทราบล่วงหน้า ท่านสามารถตรวจสอบฉบับล่าสุดได้โดยสอบถามเจ้าหน้าที่กลุ่มกฎหมาย สำนักงานสาธารณสุขจังหวัดเชียงราย เมื่อเราทำการปรับปรุง     จะแก้ไขวันที่ที่ด้านบนของหน้านี้ให้เป็นปัจจุบัน การใช้งานเว็บไซต์หรือโปรแกรมใด ๆ หลังจากที่มีการเผยแพร่ข้อกำหนดฉบับใหม่ ถือว่าท่านยอมรับข้อกำหนดของฉบับใหม่ดังกล่าว

                กลุ่มกฎหมาย สำนักงานสาธารณสุขจังหวัดเชียงราย มอบการเข้าถึงทรัพยากรที่หลากหลายให้แก่ผู้ใช้ผ่านเครือข่ายเว็บไซต์ ซึ่งรวมถึงโปรแกรม พื้นที่ดาวน์โหลด ข้อมูลสื่อสาร รวมถึงการปรับปรุงและ/หรือการเพิ่มเว็บไซต์ใหม่ ๆ อยู่ภายใต้ข้อกำหนดการใช้งานเหล่านี้

วัตถุประสงค์

                เว็บไซต์นี้จัดทำขึ้นโดยกลุ่มกฎหมาย สำนักงานสาธารณสุขจังหวัดเชียงราย เพื่อให้ข้อมูล ข่าวสารและบริการด้านสาธารณสุขแก่ประชาชน โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อส่งเสริมสุขภาพ การป้องกันโรค และการเข้าถึงข้อมูลด้านสาธารณสุขอย่างโปร่งใส

การใช้ข้อมูล

                - ผู้ใช้งานสามารถนำข้อมูลไปใช้เพื่อประโยชน์ส่วนบุคคลหรือเพื่อการศึกษาได้โดยไม่ต้องขออนุญาต

                - ห้ามนำข้อมูลไปใช้ในเชิงพาณิชย์ หรือดัดแปลง ทำซ้ำโดยไม่ได้รับอนุญาตจากกลุ่มกฎหมาย สำนักงานสาธารณสุขจังหวัดเชียงราย

                - ต้องอ้างอิงแหล่งที่มาของข้อมูลอย่างเหมาะสม และเชื่อถือได้

ความรับผิดชอบ

                - กลุ่มกฎหมาย สำนักงานสาธารณสุขจังหวัดเชียงราย ไม่รับผิดชอบต่อความเสียหายใด ๆ ที่เกิดจากการใช้งานเว็บไซต์หรือข้อมูลในเว็บไซต์โดยผิดวัตถุประสงค์

                กลุ่มกฎหมาย สำนักงานสาธารณสุขจังหวัดเชียงราย ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการปรับปรุงหรือเปลี่ยนแปลงข้อกำหนดการใช้งานโดยไม่ต้องแจ้งให้ทราบล่วงหน้า ผู้ใช้งานควรตรวจสอบข้อกำหนดเป็นระยะ
