Welcome to Lavish Looks Salon! These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website and services. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By booking an appointment or using any service provided by Lavish Looks Salon, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not access our services.

2. Services and Appointments

• Booking: Appointments can be booked through our website, by phone, or in person. All bookings are subject to availability.

• Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation of your appointment via email or SMS.

• Cancellation/Rescheduling: We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any cancellation or rescheduling of appointments.

  • Cancellations or reschedules made less than 24 hours in advance may incur a cancellation fee, typically 50% of the service cost.

  • "No-shows" (missed appointments without prior notice) will be charged 100% of the service cost.

• Late Arrival: Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to shorten your service or reschedule to avoid inconveniencing other clients. The full service fee will still apply.

• Service Guarantee: We strive for your complete satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your service, please notify us within 7 days of your appointment, and we will gladly work to resolve the issue.

3. Pricing and Payment

• Pricing: All prices for services and products are listed on our website and in-salon. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

• Payment: Full payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash, major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), and UPI payments.

• Deposits: For certain extensive services (e.g., bridal packages, complex color corrections), a non-refundable deposit may be required at the time of booking. This deposit will be applied to your final service cost.

4. Client Conduct

• We request that clients maintain respectful and considerate behavior towards our staff and other clients.

• Children are welcome in the salon but must be supervised by an adult at all times for their safety and the comfort of other clients.

• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our discretion.

5. Personal Belongings

Lavish Looks Salon is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings brought into the salon premises. Please keep your valuables with you at all times.

6. Gift Cards and Promotions

• Gift Cards: Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash. They must be presented at the time of service.

• Promotions: Promotions and discounts cannot be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.

7. Limitation of Liability

Lavish Looks Salon will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your access to or use of our website or services.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and service descriptions, is the property of Lavish Looks Salon and is protected by copyright laws.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, specifically the jurisdiction where Lavish Looks Salon is located, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of our website and services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
