Key Responsibilities:

Provide nursing care including medication administration, wound care, and monitoring of vital signs.

Assist patients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding.

Support mobility and physical therapy routines.

Maintain accurate patient records and report changes in health status to supervisors or physicians.

Offer emotional support and companionship to patients and their families.

Ensure a clean and safe home environment.

Follow all safety and healthcare regulations.

Qualifications:

Nursing diploma or relevant caregiving certification.
