Technical Skills 

Lessons Learned: In CSIT101 I have learned a lot through this course, I learned how to make signatures for emails and why they are important. I learned how to use excel specifically with formulas and making graphs. I learned some interesting features about word like how you can add references and changing the size of an image when being printed on paper which helped me in a real-life situation. Lastly I learned about how computers work, process information, the components of a computer and their roles and about online ethics like copyright and creative commons rights.
